THE SHORT VERSION.

I grew up asking questions. About people. places. and purpose.

That curiosity became my compass.

From building marketing strategies that grow audiences to creating campaigns that celebrate communities, I’ve always been drawn to the intersection of stories and strategy. I’ve led teams. I’ve built brands. I’ve traveled the world. I’ve started over. And every chapter has taught me the same thing:

The most meaningful work happens when you lead with your heart & stay curious.

Today, I help organizations, brands, and people tell stories that inspire connection, drive growth, and leave a legacy.

THE LONG STORY.

baby Ashlei

first chapter.

childhood.

Before I knew what marketing was, I knew I loved stories, people, and asking entirely too many questions.

second chapter.

college.

My curiosity became a practice. I learned to follow the questions that interested me, find the answers, and create what didn't exist yet.

third chapter.

my first career.

I turned that curiosity into a career, learning how to find the story, build the idea, and make people care. Along the way, I discovered I was pretty good at it.

fourth chapter.

sabbatical.

Then I stopped. I packed a bag, traveled the world solo, and gave myself permission to figure out what I wanted next.

fifth chapter.

my second wind.

I came home different. Sports gave me a second wind and reminded me just how much I loved building things people could feel.

sixth chapter.

my current career.

Today, I lead, build, write, create, speak, and tell stories for a living. And somehow, I still feel like I'm just getting started.
